A grateful heart is full of thanks and gratitude. Teaching Hioecians what gratitude is and encouraging them to show appreciation to others are important and beneficial. These activities draw Hioecians’ attention to what gratitude is and how to put it into practice in everyday life. Gratitude activities can help build community, foster relationships and nurture love.
