創新及數字科技學習夥伴計劃2025/26

Our school’s STEAM Education Committee participated in the “Innovation and Digital Technology Learning Partner Programme 2025/26,” co-organised by the Education Bureau and Cyberport. We were invited to present our school’s achievements and share our teaching practices at both the programme showcase and the teaching practice sharing session.
Our school has collaborated with the company FoodTechAI to comprehensively upgrade the “tea-brewing device” project for the S2 STEM subject. By integrating AI technology and a rich database of food science, students can use designed AI bot to receive recommendations on how to steep tea leaves. This helps them improve the data in the tea-brewing device’s programming to produce a cup of healthy and delicious tea.
In addition, the curriculum also includes a scientific inquiry component. Students use experiments to analyse tea leaves at different concentrations, thereby gathering information on the elements needed for AI to analyse and brew healthy tea. Finally, students present their results and share what they gained from the development and R&D process.
本校STEAM教育委員會參與教育局與數碼港合作「創新及數字科技學習夥伴計劃2025/26」，並獲邀於方案展示及教學實踐分享會中展示學校的成果及分享教學實踐過程。本校與科創公司FoodTechAI合作，為中二級STEM科課程中沖茶機械人的課題作出全面升級，透過融入人工智能技術和深厚的食物科學數據庫，學生可以透過設計的AI軟件獲得對浸泡茶葉的建議，以改良沖茶機械人程式中的數據以浸泡出一杯健康而美味的茶。另外在課程中亦引入科學探究部份，學生以實驗形式分析不同濃度的茶葉，從而獲取資訊以AI分析浸泡健康的茶所需的元素，最後展示成果及介紹研發過程的得着。
