Ms Chan Yuk Hing, Staff Development Programme

Ms Catherine Chan Yuk Hing, physiotherapist, an alumna of HTYC, conducted a workshop on physical wellness for all staff members. She taught the staff some stretching exercises for relaxation and muscle treatments. Teachers found the programme very useful and helpful.
