Lo Cheuk-Tung, the champion of the 17th Hong Kong Go Amateur Championship

Mr Lo Cheuk Tung is an alumnus of HTYC (2012 S7 Graduate). He received the initial training of Go from Mr Lo Wing Cheung when he was in S1 at HTYC. With his tenacious effort in practicing Go, he represented HTYC and won a lot of prizes in many inter-school Go competitions. Now he is one of the best Go players in Hong Kong.

Recently he got the champion in the 17th Hong Kong Go Amateur Championship (香港業餘圍棋公開賽) and represented Hong Kong to join the 39th World Amateur Go Championship (世界業餘圍棋錦標賽) in Tokyo, Japan. He fought against many top world Go amateur players and got a very good result (rank: 13 / 61). Congratulations !
