26-06-2025S5 Chemistry students visited Lee Kum Kee's modern factory and advanced laboratories in Tai Po, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the innovative production processes behind traditional sauces. They also witnessed firsthand how scientific testing ensures excellent product quality standards. To top off the experience, students had the special opportunity to savor exquisite dishes freshly prepared by a professional chef, featuring Lee Kum Kee's signature sauces.
