STEAM Fair 2026: Caring for the Disabled in Our Society

Our S3 students have designed innovative solutions focused on two target groups: the visually impaired and the physically disabled. Following a successful showcase during lunchtime on 11th May, 20 groups presented their research findings and design processes to fellow Hioecians.
For the Life-Wide Learning (LWL) lessons, we were honored to invite Miss Alvina Chau, the Executive Director of the Hong Kong PHAB Association, to serve as our guest judge for the final 8 groups. Miss Chau provided in-depth suggestions and invaluable insights to our finalists, while the rest of the student body witnessed the crowning of our winners.
The Results
Champion: Group 15 – BusBuddy
1st Runner-up: Group 17 – A.R.M.S.
2nd Runner-up: Group 4 – VisionPaw
